Why it exists
I built Overtime Live because I needed it. Working shifts, I wanted to see what I was earning in real time — not guess at the end of the month. The app started free and it stays free. Every feature you've read about in this blog — real-time tracking, Lock Screen Live Activities, on-call days, recurring patterns, yearly goals — none of that changes.
But building an app and keeping it running has costs. And I'd rather charge fairly once than lock core features behind a paywall or ask you for money every month for something you might use every day for years.
